In the course folder, I've posted a 7-page document Patrick Hauck at the Preservation Alliance passed on to us. It is the "statement of significance" they commissioned from Dominique Hawkins. I offer it for your information. I don't expect that we would simply accept it--we'll do a more broadly sourced history, and we'll also be consulting a broader range of issues and sources in considering the significance of the neighborhood's fabric. But this gives us another good starting point for our work.
