Tacony Neighborhood Strategic Development Plan

Just posted an outline of the Strategic Plan in the current issues and policy folder, you can check it out to get a good idea of how it may relate to our work. I tried to expand on the sections that were most relevant to what we discussed at the meeting on Monday, and focused on the sections particularly concerned with historic aspects of the neighborhood and Torresdale Avenue. The plan gives a fair amount of attention to the importance of historic preservation (or what they recommend - historic "conservation") within the neighborhood. I also included a list of the plan's maps and illustrations at the end - I'm going to hold onto the plan for another day so I can scan those onto the server, but I'll bring it to studio on Thursday for those that wants a more detailed look at it.
