I have uploaded a pdf (Survey/DBFieldSheet.pdf) outlining what we will capture in our second, more detailed physical survey. Please disregard the layout design- it is for informational purposes only.
There are three primary components to the second survey: Building Identification Information, Historical Data, and Survey Data. The fields with "texts" will be a free-form text box and you can write whatever you want. The others will have predefined options, which I've listed under the corresponding field. The ones that have questions marks should also have predefined options, but we need help defining them.
If you have a moment and/or are interested, would you please review it and give me your constructive feed back about 1: what fields are missing, especially considering we will be focusing on industrial, civic, and public buildings/structures and 2: what should the predefined terms should be for the fields with question marks.
