Conservation District Summary on Server

I did some reading on Conservation Districts and tried to distill my notes down to a page or so.  If you go to the folder "Neighborhood Conservation District Info" on the server, you'll see my notes and a pdf of the legislation that adds Conservation Districts to the Philadelphia zoning code.
