Philadelphia Plan Matrix, etc.

Hey everyone -

I've posted a matrix of all accessible published Philadelphia plans that affect Tacony in the course folder (in the policy folder). It could stand to be edited a bit more and could probably be a little prettier, but you should be able to get the important info you need.

Still, I would really really recommend that you take a look at the Strategic Plan (or my notes on it) if you haven't already, and also take a look at the North Delaware Riverfront Greenway Master Plan (found at: http://www.drcc-phila.org/plans.htm).

I'll also have clearer zoning maps printed out for tom'w to post in studio - as you can see in the plans, and probably already know from our meetings with Sarah and Lou, there has been a fair amount of rezoning on the riverfront in the past few years as a waterfront redevelopment district. It's pretty flexible but would of course influence our ideas for the area.
